This lovely set of four 6) salad / dessert plates was made by FRANKOMA Art Pottery. The style is called Plainsman and the color is Autumn Yellow. It's a lovely, rich, earthy yellow. The clay used to make the plates is called sapulpa clay. Sapulpa clay is a red clay and you can see the color when you look at the bottom, unglazed portion of the plates.. These plates are 7-1/4" in diameter. The backstamps on all 6 read "FRANKOMA 6G." These plates are in excellent, pre-owned condition with no damage. There are no chips, cracks, or crazing.
